Hyca delivers heat where a gas boiler or burner makes it today. The module connects to your existing circuit, and your process stays as it is.
Process steam around the clock, for drying, cooking, sterilising and cleaning. The hybrid module delivers the same steam as your gas boiler, from gas or from power, depending on price.
Typical: saturated steam in paper, food and chemical plants
In the food industry, thermal oil heats fryers, baking ovens and roasters. Hyca is tied into your existing thermal oil circuit; the fryer or oven and the existing heater stay.
Typical: thermal oil around 300 °C for frying and baking
Hot air or hot gas for dryers and drying lines, straight from the module instead of a gas burner.
Typical: drying in the food, chemical and building materials industries
For powder coating and stove enamelling, you only swap the gas burner for a Hyca module. Oven, conveyors and peripherals stay as they are.
